Free Shipping and Order Lead Times Explained

When free parcel shipping applies, what lead times mean on product pages, and how tracking works after your order ships.

Free shipping rules

Qualifying parcel orders may include free standard shipping in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded unless noted on the product. Oversized and freight items are not covered by free parcel offers.

Checkout shows the shipping choice for your cart and address. If free shipping does not appear, the cart may include freight-eligible items or an excluded destination.

Understanding lead times

In-stock parcel items typically ship within a few business days. Lead time notes on a product page apply when we must pull from the yard, inspect, rebuild, or wait on a supplier. Those notes are the authoritative timeline for that SKU.

Weekend and holiday cutoffs follow business hours in Central time. Call or text if your install date is tight and you need a reality check before ordering.

Tracking after shipment

Tracking is emailed when the order ships. You can also use Track your order, your account order history, or ask Zora with the order number. Contact us promptly if a carrier exception appears so we can help.
