Quick summary
Some rebuilt parts hold a core charge until we receive and inspect your old part (the core). After your rebuilt part arrives, pack the core with your order number inside, ship it to the return address on your order, then submit inbound tracking from your account or in this chat. We refund the core charge after inspection if the core is complete and rebuildable. Return promptly; eligibility can expire on the timeframe shown on your order.
What is a core charge?
Some rebuilt parts require your old component (the "core") back. A core charge is collected at checkout and held until we receive and inspect your core. The fee is shown on the product page and order confirmation.
Sending your core
After your rebuilt part arrives, ship your core to the address we provide. Use sturdy packaging and include your order number inside the box.
Submit inbound tracking from your account or ask Zora on the homepage. Tracking helps us match your core to your order and speeds up refund processing.
Inspection & refund
Cores are inspected when received. If the core passes inspection (complete, rebuildable, and matches the part purchased), the core charge is refunded to your original payment method or as store credit when agreed in advance.
Cores that are damaged beyond rebuild, incomplete, or incorrect may receive a partial refund or no refund depending on condition. We will contact you if inspection results differ from a full refund.
Time limits
Return cores promptly. Core refund eligibility may expire if a core is not received within the timeframe noted on your order or invoice. Contact us if you need an extension before the deadline.
