Dino's Corvette Salvage (Dino's Company, LLC) operates this website and processes orders for Corvette parts and related services. We collect only what we need to fulfill orders, answer questions, and run the store.

We collect information you provide when you create an account, join a waitlist, request a part, place an order, or contact us. That can include:

• Name, email, phone number, and shipping or billing address
• Order details, garage vehicles, waitlist entries, and messages you send
• Tax-exemption certificates and company details you upload for reseller or exempt checkout
• VetteCoins and store-credit balances tied to a signed-in account
• Zora chat questions, including order numbers or part numbers you share
• Payment details handled by PayPal (we do not store full card numbers)

A phone number is required at checkout so carriers can print labels and reach you about delivery. We also collect information from our contact and part-request forms so we can reply to you.

We use your information to:

• Process, fulfill, and track orders, including guest lookups on the track order page
• Calculate shipping, tax, and fees, and review tax-exemption certificates
• Send order, account, shipping, pickup, and core-return messages
• Apply VetteCoins and store credit when you are signed in at checkout
• Respond to part requests, returns, waitlists, and customer service
• Improve catalog search, Zora answers, and store operations

We do not sell your personal information. We may send occasional emails about the store or specials. Promotional email is optional and is not required to shop. Order and account emails are part of completing a purchase. To stop promotional email, call or text 888-467-8388 and ask to be removed.

Information submitted on a product waitlist is used to notify you when that part is available. We may also use it for related product notices. It is not shared beyond the people and services that send those notices. Signed-in customers can review waitlist entries at My waitlist.

When you chat with Zora, we collect the questions and details you type so we can help with parts, orders, and store policies. Those messages may be processed by AI language-model providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI, depending on configuration). Chat is used for customer service and to improve answers. It is not used to sell your information.

Calls to our store phone may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. We may use AI tools to review those calls so we can help customers faster.

When you call or text our phone system, or give us a phone number at checkout or on a form, you may receive texts from Dino's Corvette Salvage about customer service, account updates, and order fulfillment. Message and data rates may apply. Promotional texts are optional and not required to shop. Reply STOP to a text, or call or text us, to opt out.

Providing an email address means we may email you about your account and orders. Those messages are required to complete a purchase. Promotional email is optional. You can ask us to stop promotional email at any time.

Providing a phone number means we may text you about customer service, account updates, and orders. Consent to promotional texts is optional. Your number is also used for shipping labels. We do not sell phone numbers or email addresses.

• Measure search and site performance

Guest carts are kept for a limited time and then removed. Third-party tools such as PayPal, Algolia, Trustindex, Google Maps, and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies under their policies. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies can break sign-in, cart, or checkout.

Registration, checkout, and order information travel over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to fulfill orders or answer support. Please keep your browser updated.

Signed-in customers can update account contact details, manage waitlist entries, review orders, and manage tax exemption and rewards. Guests can track an order with the order number and checkout email. To request a copy of your personal data, a correction, or deletion, call or text 888-467-8388. We do not sell personal information.
