This part is a new, aftermarket C4 Aluminum Air Pump Delete Pulley which can be installed on any of the following Corvette models:

This smog pump delete kit lets you remove the weight and complexity of the factory pump while keeping the original belt routing. Built entirely from aluminum, it lightens your setup and removes the parasitic drag caused by the stock smog pump, giving your engine a little extra breathing room.

The machined aluminum finish looks great in any engine bay and is also ready for anodizing or powder coating. The kit includes new fasteners and spacers.
